The revolutionary Block Academy allows for learning through a more holistic approach, enhancing literacy skills through activities such as building, math, science and arts. M6 Mega-Learning concentrates on hands-on experiential learning, sensory motor integration and brain/skill development. The Block Academy offers a language-rich literacy curriculum for Pre-K and Kindergarten builders. Developed through scientific reading research and early childhood standards by DEPCO (Dependable Educational Products Company), the program is built around the usage of Mega Brands™ as learning tools. A revolutionary learning program; the Block Academy enhances the educational experience through the M6 Mega-Learning approach:

1. Meaningful: Offers a solid foundation that is layered, sequenced and integrated.
2. Multifaceted: Literature rich, literacy-based, but comprehensive with art, music, sensory, math, science and motor skills.
3. Motivational: Developmentally appropriate activities engage and motivate the learner.

The complete curriculum includes 10 ‘Building Bloks' program units, and a Portfolio Record; an embedded assessment to track progress throughout the 10 months. Detailed daily lesson plans include math and science, sensory motor integration, music, physical education, art, learning centers and snack ideas. Adaptations for the English-language learner and special needs/gifted children are also available.
