  Great set. The minifigs make the set, but the Spade is good too.

  This was a pretty quick build, and it's a good addition to my collection. I enjoy the Skirmisher, though he's kind of big, as they are normally thinner and built to be more agile, but that's a minor complaint. The MJOLNIR figure is sweet, though he can't look left because the piece of armor on his should prohibits it. He should also be taller than the UNSC soldier, but... I'm just being picky.
  
  I love the custom pieces in the set, such as the front bumper parts attached to the axle for the front wheels. It's a small detail, but it's pretty cool to me. I wish the soldiers could set in the seats better (without the use of the back pegs, that's kind of irritating, to be honest) and that the steering wheel fit in the hands. That seems like a very stupid complaint, but in my Warthog it's very convenient because it holds the driver in place.
  
  It's a fun set, the way the wheels can respond to terrain is nice, and it's cool to finally have a case to hold extra weapons and whatnot. I suggest getting this in addition to other sets, though, as it leaves me wanting something else. Perhaps this set would go better with a simple Forerunner structure as a background piece.

  So far this set's the only wide-release one in my area that includes a "non-standard" Covenant alien, and the Skirmisher caps off an already great set. The Spade builds quickly, rolls well, and details nicely, though I personally omitted the burn marks and the like. The Grenadier Spartan is as close to Halo: Reach's "Jorge" as Mega can get away with admitting, and the minigun is a refreshing sight for those used to seeing two-handed weapons that minifigs can normally only hold in one.
  
  My only complaint is that neither the box nor instructions for this set makes any distinction of the additional Spartan armor pieces as MJOLNIR Mark V rather than the stock configuration's Mark IV. I suspect an "Ages 8 and Up" recipient won't care unless they've been into Halo for years, though.

  If you want your Halo Mega Bloks set to have that Playability factor, this kit would one of them. The vehicle itself is well detailed and very durable, you could give it to a 5 year old and it would survive. The figures are well crafted too: The Marine, The Grenadier Spartan, and the rare Skrimisher which sealed the deal on this awesome kit.

  Very good wheels, fast moving when rolled skirmishers are a epic touch to the set. You guys should make a Mega Bloks magazine i would pay for a subscription as long as its $20 or less a year

  you guys should come out with a pack with at least five or ten skrimisher for about 15.00 dollars and one with five or ten elite ultra for about the same price and by the way i am a big fan of you guys takeing your time to make us kids happy.(;
