    I had never put together block sets before (my son is just getting old enough, and i didnt have any as a kid). it took me less then an hour. i seperated everything out and started at page 1. i was intimadated for sure!! i do not agree with the other review that its too hard, my 4 year old (im mid thirties female) helped identify the right peices and we had FUN doing it together! but if i could change one thing (i know i cant, but its a wish) id put both sets of instructions in the packaging, im grumbling about printing 41 pages of colored instructions. or id even pay a couple bucks to get them sent to me.

    The age range on this toy is absolutely ridiculous. It took 3 adults nearly 5 hours to assemble this. The notion that ANY child, no matter their age, could possibly assemble this is absolutely ludicrous!

    When we bought this set, nowhere did it say that assembly would have to be done by an adult and that it was only good for kids to PLAY with. A block set, in my opinion, implies that the child will also be able to put it together as well. No child on this green earth could possibly pull this off.
